FoodBev Manufacturing SETA (FoodBev SETA) is seeking to appoint an independent service provider with suitable expertise and experience to conduct a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey. FoodBev SETA engages with various types of stakeholders in different environments and not limited to levy and non-levy paying entities in the food and beverages manufacturing sectors, government entities, institutions of higher learning, and other key industry bodies instrumental in the SETA meeting its mandate. The FoodBev SETA seeks to enhance its understanding of stakeholder satisfaction, responsiveness, and overall perception towards its services. To this end, FoodBev SETA requires the services of a professional and experienced service provider to conduct a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey. The primary objective of this survey is to evaluate FoodBev SETA’s current level of satisfaction by its stakeholders across the different learning programmes and services offerings
a. The Stakeholder Satisfaction survey is conducted on a biennial basis.
b. The final report is due on 13 March 2025 for presentation to the Board and to FoodBev Manufacturing SETA’s Senior Management team.
c. The first draft of the report will need to be ready by 7 March 2025 for presentation to the Senior Manager, Stakeholder Relations before its presented to the Board and to FoodBev Manufacturing SETA’s Senior Management team.
d. FoodBev SETA database has over 4,000 registered stakeholders on its database, and it comprises of large, medium, small levy and non-levy paying entities including institutions of higher learning, government entities, trade unions, associations and other organisations.
