Fraud Policy

The FoodBev Manufacturing SETA observes and maintains legal, ethical, and moral standards.  We expect all staff and stakeholders to share this commitment.  This policy facilitates the development of procedures that aid in fraud investigations. To commit fraud, one intentionally falsely represents or conceals a material fact to cause harm to another.

An irregularity, or suspected irregularity, involving any employee, consultant, vendor, contractor, or other parties with a business relationship with this organisation is covered by this policy.  Investigations will be conducted without regard to any person’s relationship, position, or length of service.

Management is responsible for detecting and preventing fraud, misappropriations, and other irregularities.
